What Is Graphic Recording and How Can We Work With You?

Our team gets super excited about sharing the benefits of live visual notes!

What is graphic recording?

Graphic recording is drawing verbal content into visual maps, in real-time. We draw what you say, so that your content can live on, in a format that is engaging, easy to understand, and shareable.

Visual notes enhance nearly any meeting format. They can be used to highlight information at conferences, client pitches, ideations, interactive expos and virtual meetings!

How do visual notes work?

Graphic recorders work with a variety of drawing materials to visualize content.

For live events, our team works with markers on a large surface, or digitally while projecting onto a large screen. We are also able to hop onto virtual meetings, share our screen, and draw for your audience in real-time.

Share your ideas at scale

An added bonus to graphic recording, whether digital or material, is the shareability of the captured content.

All of our team’s graphic recording work is versioned to be shareable in multiple formats, so that your information can reach your audience where they are.

Virtual artwork can easily be exported and emailed almost immediately as a follow-up to an online conference session, while marker-made recordings are digitized by our team and sent to you after your event, as upload-ready and shareable graphics.

In the case of live events with physical drawings, artwork is often given as a speaker gift, or taken back to office spaces for display.

Visual notes add lots of value to live events

Capturing verbal content visually has many benefits. Graphic recording helps to reach visual learners, entertains and engages viewers by reinforcing key information, and yields lasting images to be referenced and shared with your broader audience.
